Today we celebrate 12 years at Dean of Fashion Glamtique, “Where Beauty & Fashion Meet!”

On May 23, 2014, I opened The Glamtique all while working a full-time job with a 5-month-old baby and a dream to help women feel beautiful from the inside out. Just two years prior. I opened Memphis‘s 1st Plus Size Boutique but I had a bigger dream to make women have a complete beauty enhancement experience from head to toe!

These 12 years haven’t been easy. I survived a pandemic, slow seasons, empty salon chairs, financial struggles, and moments where I wanted to give up. Just last year, I almost closed my doors… but God said NO. 🙏🏾

Today, I’m grateful to still have a space where women can feel confident, beautiful, and loved. Now we’re fully staffed with an amazing team that not only truly cares about their clients, but also pushes me toward greatness every single day. I’m so grateful that God still saw fit for me to have a safe space for plus-size women and ALL women to come and feel beautiful, confident, loved, and seen.

This business has never just been about clothes or hair. It’s about healing, confidence, restoring self-esteem, and reminding women of who they are.. Being able to make women feel beautiful from the inside out is one of the greatest gifts God has ever given me!

Thank you to everyone who has supported Dean of Fashion & Glamtique throughout the years. Cheers to 12 beautiful GLAM years and many more to come 🥂💕
