Thursday means it’s time to run!

The Tour de Midtown run is tonight at 6pm from Breakaway in Overton Square . We are running to our spring/summer route going through Overton Park Conservancy . Come out and run with us.

It is going to be hot out so. everyone be careful and stay hydrated. Bring water on the run if you need and there are a few water fountains within the park.

As always everyone is welcome and we will have some cold drinks waiting for you back at the store after.

Come out to the Tuesday Night Track Workout with Paul Sax tonight at 6pm. This is from the field house track at UofM. you can access the track from Zach Curlin Street.
This is every Tuesday year around. It especially great if you want some direction on speed work, and it’s always great to have a group.
