It’s a little rainy this morning but it looks like the sun will be out on the track.

Come out to the Tuesday Night Track Workout with Paul Sax tonight at 6pm. This is from the field house track at UofM. you can access the track from Zach Curlin Street.
This is every Tuesday year around. It especially great if you want some direction on speed work, and it’s always great to have a group.

We may have a little rain tonight, but come out and see some of our favorite people off on their last Wednesday night group run! and have been a huge part of our Breakaway family for a long time now. We are sad they are moving but excited for them too.
