🎃 TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY! 🎃
We can’t wait to welcome you to the Heartland Harvest Festival! 🍂
🍁 Below is everything you need to know before you arrive so you can spend the day enjoying the fun!

📅 TOMORROW — SEPTEMBER 12
📍 Hubbard County Fairgrounds

🚗 AUTO SHOW

• Auto show participants can arrive anytime after 10 AM
• Enter through the Highway 34 entrance
• There will be a registration table at the entrance
• $15 per car, which includes 2 admission wristbands
• Auto show winner will be announced at 2 PM! 🏆
• Judging for the auto show is FREE!

🎟️ GENERAL ADMISSION

• Everyone else should enter through the main fair entrance
• The back entrance will be blocked near the livestock and poultry pavilions
• $10 per person
• Children 3 and under are FREE!
• We accept cash or card at registration

And the best part… EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED WITH ADMISSION! 🙌

That includes:
🎨 Face painting
🎃 Pumpkin painting
🏰 Inflatable bounce houses
📸 Kids activities
🎶 Live music
…and more!

The only additional costs are auto show entry, food, and anything you choose to purchase from our vendors.

🎃 FREE PUMPKINS!

The first 100 guests will receive a FREE pumpkin! 🎃

And don’t forget to stop by the Carters' Farm photo op and get a picture with your pumpkin! 📸

🛍️ VENDOR MARKET

We have 36 amazing vendors joining us tomorrow in the exhibit hall! Come shop, browse and support some great local businesses.

🌭 COME HUNGRY!

We’ll have FIVE food trucks on-site tomorrow! There will be plenty of delicious options, so come hungry. 🤤

Please note: Outside food is not permitted.

🍺 B**R GARDEN & LIVE MUSIC

🍻 B**r garden opens at 10 AM
🎶 Live music runs from 10 AM–3:30PM
In Stereo and Teddy Arunski Music

You can purchase b**r directly in the b**r garden. If you would like to pay by card, you can purchase tickets at the registration table.

🚗 PARKING

Parking will be the same as fair parking. You can park:
• Along the side of the road
• In the back parking lot near the Horse Arena

💦 KIDS ZONE NOTE

If you participate in the foam party, you must be completely dry before using the inflatable bounce houses.
