Cora's Corner is a thrift store that my children, husband, and I opened in downtown Menomonie. I named the store after my Grandma, who volunteered at a thrift store for many years. Grandma would always say, "don't buy that new, I can get the exact same thing at the thrift store for much less." Whenever Grandma came over she would always have a bag of goodies of something that was needed and someth

ing that she thought was needed. There is tables, couches, chairs, toys, clothing, housewares, pictures, books and so much more. I get most of the merchandise from storage units that have gone up for auction and from donations. Prices are kept low just how Grandma would like it.
