AN OPEN LETTER FROM WESLEY & TAYLOR
You don't typically hear from us like this on social media. We usually try to keep things simple and focus on serving our customers, but today we wanted to take a moment to share our hearts about something that's incredibly important to us.
For the last two and a half years, you've trusted us with your mornings, your lunch breaks, your celebrations, your routines, and your hard-earned dollars. And before we say anything else, thank you.
The truth is, what has happened at Line 39 over the last several months has completely blown us away. Every month seems to bring new faces, new friendships, new milestones, and new opportunities to serve this community we love so much.
We don't take that lightly.
In fact, every few months, we intentionally step back and evaluate every part of our business. Our products. Our service. Our systems. Our customer experience. Everything.
Because we believe something very simple: Consistency builds trust.
Years ago, Taylor read a quote that said, "If someone isn't consistent in your life, they aren't worthy of your trust."
And while that quote wasn't written about business, it has shaped the way we've built ours. We've always believed in consistency, quality, transparency, accountability, and treating every customer like they matter, because you do.
Today, we're putting a name to that commitment.
We're proud to introduce to you, Standard 39.
Standard 39 is our promise to you. A promise that we will continue to pursue excellence in every drink we serve, every interaction we have, every system we build, and every decision we make.
It means quality, consistency, cleanliness,and customer experience matters. And it means that if we ever miss the mark, we want to know about it so we can make it right.
Because the reality is this:
Line 39 wasn't built by Wesley and Taylor alone. It was built alongside an incredible community of customers who chose to support a dream. And for that, we will always be grateful.

Whether your experience was exceptional, whether we exceeded your expectations, or whether there's something you think we can improve, we want to hear it. The good. The bad. The honest. Because your voice matters to us.

We're incredibly thankful for the last two and a half years, and we're even more excited about what's ahead. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for supporting our family. And thank you for helping us build something that means so much to us.

We have a few exciting things up our sleeves that we've been working on behind the scenes, and we're getting so close to being able to share them with all of you. Trust us when we say… we're counting down the days.
The future of Line Thirty/ Nine has us incredibly excited, and we can't wait to bring you along for what's next.
