That shoe is hammered! Not our favorite noise in the factory but without this crucial step of hammering down the seams the outsole would not fit correctly and would be too bumpy.

One of the first steps in the process. Cutting the leather! We use an automated CNC digital dieless knife cutting system - lot of fancy words to say we use a fast robot to cut the leather for us.

An important step to make sure the outsole is put on correctly! The shoe needs to be marked so we can buff the leather and apply glue in the correct place. New collection coming soon!
