I think we all need and want to feel a little more calm, centered and present ✨✨I’ve personally tried some of these practices and have found them helpful, so when I came across this, I wanted to share it.
✨✨
These are simple practices inspired by mindfulness, wellness and research around stress and relaxation. Not every technique works for everyone, and not every idea needs to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply about slowing down, taking a moment, breathing, practicing gratitude and being a little more intentional with our thoughts and our time.

A few small things that may be worth trying:
✨ Humming and slow breathing
✨ Setting a positive intention before sleep
✨ Taking a moment for genuine gratitude
✨ Asking yourself, “What would the person I want to become do?”
✨ Getting outside and spending a few minutes in natural light
✨ Giving yourself time to feel an emotion without immediately reacting to it
✨ Slowing down an everyday task and being fully present
✨Meditating in the morning when you wake up and right before you go to sleep (my favorite)

Sometimes the simplest practices can make a difference. Take what resonates with you, leave what doesn’t, and find the little things that bring you a greater sense of calm. ❤️
