Hello everyone,

Thank you to everyone who has donated their gowns! We have had such an amazing response and a ton of donations. We are still accepting gowns, but please keep in mind that our current needs are no longer gowns.

We are in need of more seamstresses and also people to deconstruct and prep the wedding gowns for the seamstresses. In addition, we need hospital contacts in order to get our name into the right hands.

Update and Needs:

1.) We are in NEED of more seamstresses!!!! We require that you attend one of the monthly events to learn how we create the Angel Gowns (every 3rd Thursday of every month 10am-3pm at Miles of Stitches). You will then be able to create the gowns on your own, however each Angel Gown will need to be returned to our headquarters at Miles of Stitches (dropped off or mailed in). We will handle delivering the gowns to each hospital.

2.) We have contacted many hospitals in Michigan - we understand that the contacts we have are very busy. Therefore if you have a personal connection or would like to assist in getting Angel Gowns into your local hospital please message us.

Kudos to old friends who stopped in today to deliver 2 wedding dresses and had stopped and gotten ribbon for us!! Thanks Cheryl and Bob Johnson. They have offered to help as well!! Thanks guys!!

ANGEL GOWNS are officially in Covenant Healthcare (Saginaw MI) today we came and did our first drop off of gowns. We had 4 news stations covering our group. Will try to share the news stories tonight. Thank you to everyone who has donated wedding gowns, created a gown, ripped a wedding gown and shared our group. All of your hard work is now helping families across Michigan.

Wow...what a great night at the Bay City M.O.M (Moms of Multiples) group. We had a ripping party and these ladies worked hard! I think we have reached a new level of how many dresses these ladies were able to get ready for the seamstresses. Thank you for hosting this event and for all of the dress donations. We have some awesome colorful dresses waiting to be made into beautiful Angel Gowns.
