Our trip was AMAZING and exactly what we needed! Being able to actually unplug, enjoy my family and know the store was in good hands meant MORE than you know🧡

But mannnnn… IT FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK IN THE STORE! Especially because September means one thing around here…

When the stuff we sell at the store makes the vacation packing list… you KNOW it’s good 😎

Made sure Arizona Tallow King came to Cancun with us because between the sun, pool & allllll the vacation fun… a sunburn is pretty much inevitable 🔥 Especially with my kids and their sensitive skin!

And let me tell ya… this stuff is AMAZING for sunburns 👏🏼 Seriously, a lifesaver!

So if you’ve got a sunny vacation coming up…. OR you just live in ARIZONA ☀️🥵🌵 you might wanna have a jar on hand!

Feeling EXTRA blessed this morning☀️

Owning a small business means it’s not always easy to just walk away, unplug and GO…especially when that business is your baby!

But somehow, we hit the JACKPOT with the AMAZING people who make up JC & Co Boutiques🙌🏼

We are SO incredibly thankful for our amazing vendors who step up, help out and give us the peace of mind to know our little store is in good hands while we’re away. THAT is something I will never take for granted….Because this week, they’re making it possible for us to do something pretty dang special!

Celebrate our Travy and his GRADUATION🎓✈️🌴☀️

Thank you to our JC & Co family for holding down the fort and giving us the chance to be fully present for these moments with our family. We appreciate you more than you know🩷

Now we’re off to soak up EVERY second with our crazy kids🌴☀️ And while we do… JC & Co is OPEN and ready for ya🛍️So go shop, say hi and show our amazing crew some love while we’re gone🥰

Sometimes I get so caught up in the race that I forget to stop and look around at where I actually made it to🥹

Always thinking about what’s next…

What needs to be done.
What could be better.
What goal I’m chasing next.

I am SOOOO guilty of this😏

At times I get in my own head thinking I should be doing MORE…

I should be further along.
I should have accomplished more by now.
I’m constantly looking ahead at where I want to be instead of stopping to appreciate WHERE I AM!

I have to remind myself…

WAIT!!!!! Look at what we’ve already accomplished👏🏼

Because there was a time when some of the things surrounding me THIS VERY MINUTE were just ideas in my head. Things I hoped for. Things I PRAYED hard for. Things I was working toward. And now I’m standing in the middle of them🙌🏼

There will ALWAYS be another goal.
Another idea.
Another thing I want to accomplish.
And I never want to lose that drive…

But I also don’t want to be so busy chasing what’s next that I forget to appreciate what’s NOW🩷

So today I’m reminding myself…and maybe someone else who needs to hear it too…

Slow down… you’re doing fine🫶🏻

It’s been a heavy few days…

The kind of days that test you.

This morning, this little reminder was sitting right in front of me saying….I GOT YOU🫶🏻

Sometimes that’s all you need to hear…

This too shall pass🙌🏼
The hard days won’t last forever👏🏼
The weight will get lighter🙏🏼
And little by little… we’ll rise🙌🏼

Maybe a little bruised❤️‍🩹
Maybe a little tired🫩
Maybe not quite ourselves yet…
But we rise anyway🙌🏼
Again. And againnnnnnn

And as many times as it takes👏🏼

Because no matter how heavy it gets…
HE ALWAYS has our back🙌🏼🙏🏼🩷
