We are really excited to announce that our Papa Dude books finally made it to the Marshall Islands. Thanks to my cousin Gayle who organized everything. Here's a nice little note we received from education missionary, Darlene Keith who volunteers her time to teach the kids at the local elementary school:
"The kids love the colourful pictures, and especially the 'What's Cookin' book. I giggled when I read the page that shows a Taco Stand and one child shouts out 'Taco Bell' . There are no Taco Bells here, nor do they eat tacos, but they do watch a lot of commercials on YouTube (ha ha). Thank you for sending us the books and supporting early literacy in the Marshall Islands."
