Jake and I have been grinding our whole life. Now with him getting old and me healing a rotator cuff from a tragic incident that I am still healing one and a half years later. It is hard to keep pushing and it breaks my heart to see him drag his paws behind because he can't keep up anymore. We both need to reset button. A place to land with no interruptions so that I can get my arm checked out and Jake can get his hips and suspicious lumps checked out. Please donate to help us achieve healing. Progress. I can now play my guitar again in small doses. Little by little is how healing happens discovering all that's within in order to come back together again. Get ready y'all.

There was a time when I played it so often I couldn't imagine ever forgetting it. Yet somewhere along the road of survival, healing, and transformation, parts of me drifted away, including the hands that once knew this song by heart.

Picking up my guitar again has been more than relearning chords. It's been remembering who I am beneath the wounds and the versions of myself I had to become just to survive.

Every day, I choose to come back home to myself.
I'm grateful to be creating again, sharing again, and reconnecting with the parts of my spirit I refuse to loose. If my journey inspires even one person to break a toxic cycle and choose healing, then sharing it is worth it.
