Carnival community has been affected by delayed shipping which has caused so many incredible designers to be placed in an unfortunate situation.

They work so hard and pour their hearts out to be prepared and give you the best carnival experience. But sometimes- customs and shipping can delay shipments which are out of their control. Sending love to the bands and designers feeling those effects, and the Masqueraders who in a bind.
