i didn’t create tummytopia because the world needed another baby product.

i created it because i saw how frustrating tummy time could be for both babies and parents, and i knew there had to be a better way.

every material, every detail, and every decision was made with babies (and their parents) in mind. watching these little ones actually enjoy tummy time is still the best part. 🤍

Making tummy time more doable for babies + parents 🤍

As a peds OT, one of the biggest reasons I created TummyTopia was to help support a skill that’s so foundational in infancy, but that so many babies struggle with or don’t get enough of. Tummy time helps build head/neck control, upper body and core strength, postural stability, coordination, and the motor foundations for rolling, sitting, crawling, and play. It also supports reaching, visual tracking, and later fine motor development. I wanted to create a non-toxic tool that helps babies get these benefits early on in a way that feels more supported and enjoyable.

one of our favorite tummy time additions? a mirror 👀✨

babies love looking at faces—including their own. adding a mirror can encourage visual engagement, exploration, and head lifting during tummy time.

Flat head syndrome is more common than most parents think 🤍

Because babies’ skulls are still soft, too much time resting in one position can lead to flattening on the back or side of the head.

The good news? Consistent tummy time can help reduce pressure on baby’s head while building the strength needed for healthy development 👶🏼✨

TummyTopia was designed to help make tummy time easier, more comfortable, and more consistent from day one 🤍
