The flow of creativity and the desire to express it cannot be controlled. The timing of when God decides to give you the inspiration, the energy, and the ability to create cannot be controlled. What this natural process requires of us is actually to SURRENDER. The less we force, the easier the path will become. Yet, us flawed humans believe the outcome is entirely up to us.. so we strain ourselves, deplete our energy, and blame ourselves for not “keeping up”, for not “staying consistent”, for not “performing at our highest potential.” How could we realistically be at 100% energetically, spiritually, emotionally, & physically, 100% of the time? We can’t, we are not meant to. We are meant to honor the seasons, the stars, the rhythm, and the cycles of when we are blessed with the most highest honor to create & to express. In the mean time, sit in the shadow, sit with the discomfort, sit in the silence. Only then our hearts learn to quiet down the voices of pressure, self doubt, and fear. 🧘‍♀️🌷🌱🌸🪷🧚
