What is HELINN?

It is a question I have been answering for years.

HELINN did not begin with linen.

It began with Golden Grass.

Years ago in Brazil, I discovered a piece of Golden Grass jewelry and became fascinated by the material itself—how something from nature could be so light, naturally golden, and transformed by human hands into something beautiful.

That curiosity stayed with me.

It eventually led me to European linen, to flax fields and textile makers, to museums, mills, manufacturers, and many conversations about how natural fibers are grown, transformed, and preserved.

And somewhere along that journey, I realized HELINN was becoming something larger than a clothing brand.

A place to discover, understand, and appreciate exceptional natural fibers.

Today, that journey connects Brazilian Golden Grass, European linen, craftsmanship, travel, research, and our home in Miami.

This is HELINN:

The House of Natural Fibers.

And we are still learning.

That may be the most important part of the story.
