Hate to believe this happened!! My printer is down at the moment, replacement parts should be here Wednesday! The film got bunched up and instead of the laser sensors detecting it and emergency stopping the printer, it kept printing. Causing my printhead to get scratched😖💔 I should be back up and running by this weekend! Sorry for any inconveniences!
