Look at this sourdough pizza i made in my 12” cast iron skillet! Here’s the recipe if you want to give it a try. I also separated the dough for two pizzas and placed in quart sized bags for overnight in fridge to finish cold proofing. I used one the next day for a chicken bacon ranch version with alfredo sauce and then froze the second dough for the pizza i made yesterday. Let it completely thaw and then slowly shape into your pan of choice. I actually pre-bake the crust about 6-8 minutes before adding toppings and then bake another 15-20 minutes until crust is brown and feels completely done!

Giving some thought to selling pre-baked pizza crust if there is interest. Lmk
