If I have already talked to you about your dress or have it in my shop now, it will be ready for your big day.

If I have not...AND don't have your dress here yet, you might need a backup plan depending on when your wedding is.

As far as prom dresses this year, they are a definite NO. I cannot stand up long enough to handle fittings for the wave of prom dresses.

My schedule and workload will be changed from the normal since I cannot stand or kneel for at least 8 weeks and even then it will be a day to day process.

Thanks for your patience with me. Although this is quite inconvenient I am not in constant pain and will be doing as much as possible.

If we haven't already talked and/or set up an appointment for wedding alterations and your event is before September 1, I cannot help you. I am booked at least until then.

Yes, I am still open for business, and yes I am still taking appointments. If you need wedding alterations I am already booking for the coming year.
Please don't wait until one or two weeks before your wedding or I may not be available.

On another note, does anyone need some pink and white tulle? It was given to me, I don't need it or use it.

Two subjects I need to address...

1. Numerous people keep telling me that my page says I am closed, if you read my last post it says I would be closed until March 1. It is now AFTER March 1 so I am open , simple as that.
I am however quite busy . It is that time of year.

2. Facebook notified me this morning that my " recent posts" are against their policies. (I haven't posted anything since Feb) They claim they will shut down my page within 24 hours unless the owner of the page contacts them to resolve the issue and that I, Ellen have no authority to clear this up. I am the only one here so time will tell, if they shut down my page you can still contact me in so many other ways.

Still cleaning out some things in my shop. I am selling a heavy duty sewing machine, will go through many layers, will sew a straight or zig zag stitch. Mounted in a table now but could be used on a tabletop. barely used. asking $400

This time of year I get a chance to clean out some of the stuff in my shop and get ready for the weddings to start coming in. That being said, I am selling some things.
This yarn is like "fun fur" and I have lots of it. For just $25 you can have it all!

Just to let everyone know, my shop will be closed from October 1 through the 15th for some much needed maintenance. I cannot accept any more projects that need to be done before the end of September. I already have more than enough to keep me busy
