Due to this week’s extreme heat and the Fourth of July holiday weekend, the Swap Studio will be closed this Saturday and Sunday.

With temperatures expected to stay dangerously high, we’ve decided to give our volunteers and visitors the weekend off and reopen next weekend when everyone can enjoy the space more comfortably.

The Reboot Eco Refill Shop will remain open, including on the Fourth of July, so you’re still welcome to stop by for refills, non-toxic essentials, and our brand new July Monthly Sales.

We are opening the Swap Studio today, even though it is usually only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

We are doing this in solidarity with the nationwide strike and because spaces like this matter right now. The Swap Studio is a free clothing shop rooted in mutual aid, trust, and the idea that sharing what we already have can meet real needs without creating more harm.

In times like these, it feels especially important to keep creating and protecting spaces based in dignity, inclusion, and shared humanity.

You are welcome here, whether you are giving, taking, or simply choosing not to buy new today.
