It’s officially launch day.

These are some of my favorite days of the year.

We get to watch collectors find our little shop for the very first time. We recognize familiar names that have been counting down until the collection goes live. And we get to welcome brand-new families who are about to start a tradition they’ll hopefully carry for years.

That’s what makes Maileg so special to us.

They’re beautiful, yes. But more than that, they’re meant to be loved. Played with every day. Tucked into little beds. Packed for sleepovers at Grandma’s. Repaired when tiny ears get a little too much love. Then one day, passed down to another set of little hands.

As a mom, that’s the kind of toy I want filling our home.

As a shop owner, it’s exactly the kind of brand I want filling Kindred’s shelves.

Kindred has always been about surrounding ourselves with pieces that tell stories—things that slow childhood down just a little, invite imagination instead of replacing it, and become part of your family’s everyday moments.

So whether you’ve been collecting Maileg for years or today is the day you bring home your very first mouse, thank you for choosing our little shop. It means more than you’ll ever know.

Every launch brings new collectors, familiar friends, and future family heirlooms. We wouldn’t trade these days for anything.

The Fall/Winter collection is officially live, and we can’t wait to pack your orders and watch this collection become part of homes all over the country.
