I have been a crafter ever since my mom taught me how to crochet when I was little (I remember crocheting one of my cabbage patch dolls a blanket when I was in third grade!!) Throughout the years I dabbled in all sorts of crafts-crochet, knitting, sewing, cross-stitch, scrapbooking, beading....pretty much anything I could get my hands on, mainly for gifts because I could never spend enough time on

crafting due to jobs/school. In 2010 my precious baby girl was born, and, for the first time, I had the privilege of becoming a Stay-At-Home-Mom!! I also found time to get back into crafting even more than I ever was able to before. I don't know, you could say I am obsessed!!!

Tomorrow will begin the LAST FULL WEEK that my store will be open.
I will be giving 30% Off all products left in the store. I am finished making any new restocks, so what is left is what there is.

ALSO - I will be selling the furniture & displays, of which I have put prices on most of them. If there is something you are wanting to purchase that DOES NOT have a price - please speak to ME (Ann) directly - either as a message through here or come into my store after 3pm & talk to me directly.

It is with great sadness & deep sorrow to have to post this. I will be closing Apothecary on Main at the end of July 2025.

Many of you that know me, this is NOT a decision I am making lightly. My shop is my dream & I am grateful to have had the chance, if only for a moment, to experience a bit of that dream. I am a single mom, that works a full time day job along with being on the Village Council, so with the passing of my dad, it has left me unable to be at my shop enough to keep it open. I have spoke with many people to see if there are any options I have not thought of, but with the economy, the still rising cost of supplies & things that are necessary to run my shop, I am at a loss as to how to work thing out. Of the 3 years my shop was open I never paid myself. All monies went back into the shop to try to grow. But the last couple months have been the worst sales I have ever had. 😩

So, for the month of July - I will be making as many products as I can to use up what I have left of my supplies. Please stop in frequently to see what is available. Once it is gone, it will no longer be available. Towards the end of the month, I will accept offers for all furniture, tables, & display units as well, as I do not have a place to put them once the shop is closed.

THANK YOU, to all of you that made my dream a reality! YOU, wonderful customers, friends, & family, gave me a piece of my dream I never thought was possible! For you I am grateful!

I will be open, but as of now my store hours will vary day to day as I am trying to navigate the best options for my business. Please be patient with me as I am deciding the best thing to do for Amellia & I.
The possibility of closing the store is one of my options if I am unable to figure out a way to keep it open. This is not something I am taking lightly but I also have to consider Amellia's & my health & well being.

So for the time being, look for my neon open sign in the window to know if my store is open or not.

Our family is enduring the unexpected loss of my dad, Joe.
For those of you that come in the shop regularly know what a great presence he was at my shop. He greeted everyone, big & small, with a kind Hello, a chat, a silly joke, and even some candy! I was able to keep my store running because of him, since I also work a day job.
This week, I will not open the shop as our family grieves his loss. I will also have to decide if I will be able to keep the shop open in the long run - so please have patience with me! 🩷 Having a shop to make & sell my handmade goods has always been my dream, so I do not take this decision lightly. But if you live in Middleville, you know that small businesses tend to struggle to stay open. So, please have patience with me & feel free to message me with any advice, comments, or even just some well wishes.

I love this community & everyone that has supported me & my dad on this journey!
