I read somewhere that simply seeing water can be healing, calming, and good for the soul—and I believe it. Living in West Texas has made me appreciate those little bodies of water we come across even more. There’s something about the reflection of the sky on still water or the sound of ducks gliding across it that instantly slows everything down.A cold front is on the way, which means cozy days inside are just around the corner. But for now, I’m soaking up the last bit of gentle sunshine and listening to the ducks, letting the calm linger a little longer.And of course, you should crochet outside every chance you get. 🤍

🩷 Keep going 🩷

I have a lovely little blanket on my hook and I’m riding shotgun with my guy. Things have been great, and as I approach the one year mark I can say that I’m so glad we’re almost finished! And while I ride that river, I just keep my hands busy and make cute things. 🥰

This fall so far has been very fun, and even though I miss participating in markets, I am so grateful to enjoy the changing of the seasons without “stocking an inventory” looming over me. One day Mrs. P’s will jump back on that market wagon, but not for a while yet.

So friends, when I finish up this little blanket, I’ll be sure to show it off for you! And hopefully I will say before 2025 closes that I will be cancer free! I can’t wait! 🩷

I’m SO excited for this! I have a lot of Christmassy things that I can’t wait to make!

I’ll be working on some outside orders before I build up my inventory for my upcoming December markets. I won’t be able to accept any more orders at this time, though.

I have no markets scheduled for November because this ol’ gal needs a little break. I’ll share a little here and there of what I’m creating until my next market! Have a fabulous November!
