Every single time I start working out, she has to come in and be nosy. Whether I’m stepping, stretching, or trying to catch my breath, she’s right there supervising the entire session like she pays the bills. 🤣

She may be the biggest distraction, but she’s also the cutest workout buddy a girl could ask for. ❤️🐾

I guess the positive vibes just aren’t complete without her little interruption. I love this sweet girl so much! 🥰

My home gym is finally coming together! 💪🏽 Today the TV and mirror were hung, and it was time to get busy with a beginner step aerobics hip-hop class. 🎶🔥

Step aerobics is more than just fun, it’s an amazing cardio workout! Depending on your intensity and body weight, step aerobics can burn anywhere from 300–600 calories per hour, improve heart health, strengthen your legs and glutes, increase endurance, and boost coordination. 🏃🏽‍♀️✨
