Well Facebook has let me back on and typing is all I can do. They do not recognize my phone number or email account so I can't put on any photos. I can't add two factor authentication. I need it to get back into the phone. I have to write things on here so that meta will eventually recognize this email address is mine. Nearly three months I have been trying to get back on. The few months before my page was pirated many of my post were viewed by thousands of people. Just to let you know, the crooks that pirated my page pretended to be one of my friends in Dallas. Sho needed help getting back on her page. They started contacting me back and forth and were somehow able to get my password. The person
texting me became very urgent because I was working on something else in between and that is when I realized it wasn't normal behavior for my friend. I was able to get Facebook to shut my page down. I hope they didn't get all your email information from my page. Since it happened I am getting in excess of 50 + scam emails a day.
If I get back on Facebook I have many amazing things to show you.

I have not been able to post photos or do anything on Facebook since before Christmas. Does anyone know how I can email Facebook and get some help. I have tried calling their help line but they never answer. I waited more than an hour and a half one time and the phone goes dead. I have spent hours just trying to get help. It just leads to frustration. Facebook has had me change my password over 10 times, and they talk about Duo Mobile and Google Authenticator which I didn't have so I have set them up and they don't reconize the codes Duo or Google give me. I am beyond frustrated. I can no longer see my post from my iphone. I have to go online to see it. Today is the first day they have let me write anything. I could use some help.

I remember when my great aunts created jeweled ornaments in the 1970’s. I have been collecting these ornaments for more than two years so I would have a beautiful assortment to do an entire tree. During room hopping at the Golden Glow of Christmas Convention in Dallas I was able to purchase more than 100 of these lovely creations. Do these bring back any special memories.

Last night Tina, Cassie, Jana and I decorated the Sanctuary at West Kentucky Baptist Church. I have been decorating the tree for our church for more than 40 years. Every year I add more decorations to the tree. My dad, Brother Bob who has been the pastor of the church since 1976 watched us as we worked. He is 93 this year. When I finish decorating in the sanctuary I feel that Christmas is here.

Creating this patriotic Christmas Tree display took me less than two hours from start to finish. Take note of the Martha Washington flow blue plate. The Welcome Home sign. The tiny flag picks slipped into the inside of Christmas ball caps, patriotic music, the pressed glass basket filled with red, blue and silver balls and patriotic postcards. I received this amazing pink tulle and felt Christmas table cloth sewn with gold sequin wreaths and bells. I decided to decorate a tinsel tree on top of the table. At first I used pink, white and silver decorations. When I finished the tree I didn’t feel very excited with the finished project. I stepped back and took a good look. I realized the gold sequin wreaths and bows added life to the table. As I added gold balls to the tree and amber glass to the table it began to sparkle. I think it’s a totally elegant look. What do you think.

I Love this time of year when I begin moving out all the trees into the shop and spreading out holiday cheer.

I’ve started to dress and clean the shop for Christmas. My late 29th century didplay cabinet is filled with fine antique porcelain and glass. The 43 inch tall French banquet lamp of hand painted porcelain with bronze fittings looks at home sitting next to a Victorian bronze clock. Check out The Cats Meow, Midland Texas for fine antiques and vintage. It’s a four thousand square foot single owner shop. We look forward to seeing you for the holidays.

This 1840’s wedding gown with butterfly patterned silk I bought twice. I sold it and then bought it back from a dealer on the east coast who had purchased it from the collector I had sold it to. I was going to use it in an Antique Wedding style show for The Antique Elegance show in Richardson Texas. Kevin Jones and Christina Johnson were providing dialog as the gowns were modeled. The day before the show they were going through all the dresses to make notes. They fell in love with this gown so I presented it to FIDM as a donation to the museum. I guess you could say they said “Yes to the dress.”
