📌 Please Read – A Note from the Owner

If you’re new here, welcome- and thank you so much for being here. Whether you found my page through a friend, a shared post, or one of my videos, I truly appreciate you taking the time to be here and support my small business.
My name is Taylor, and I’m the owner and creator behind Miner Custom Kreations. I’m a wife and a mama to two little ones - one in school and one who stays home with me full-time. I run this business completely on my own, from my home, while raising my babies.
This journey started simply by wanting to find a creative outlet for me, something to get a little piece of “me” back.
I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for the opportunity I’ve been given. Every single order means something to me. Every kind comment, every tag, every share -I see it, and I appreciate it more than you know.
That said, I also want to lovingly share a little transparency.
Every item that leaves my home is handmade by me. I personally:
• Respond to messages and emails
• Manage inventory
• Order supplies
• Design, cut, sew, and create each item
• Package and ship every single order
There is no warehouse. No staff. No assistants. Just me -working late nights, early mornings, and in every spare moment between school drop-offs, dentist appointments, and bedtime routines.
As my business has grown (and I am beyond grateful that it has), so has the volume of orders and messages. What used to be one order a day can now be hundreds. While that sounds glamorous, I keep my pricing affordable because I believe custom, handmade pieces should be accessible. I am not a large corporation -I’m a mom working incredibly hard behind the scenes to serve each of you.
My current processing time is typically 7–10 business days from the date of order. However, during high-volume periods - it can and will take longer. I promise you, if I’m quiet, it’s not because I’ve disappeared. It’s because I am sewing, packing, responding, creating, and doing everything I can to move orders out as quickly as physically possible.
I am human. I do my absolute best. And while I am so blessed to have so many wonderful customers, I am still just one person answering every message. If it takes me time to respond, please know it is never out of disregard -it’s simply capacity.
I also want to kindly address something important:
If there is ever an issue with your order and you need a refund, please reach out to me directly. I will always make things right. Filing a chargeback through your bank is extremely harmful to small businesses like mine. It results in additional fees and can even put my ability to process payments at risk. I would much rather communicate with you and issue a refund personally than have a chargeback filed. In most cases, working directly with me will resolve things faster anyway.
This business exists because of you. I do not take that lightly. I am beyond grateful for your patience, your kindness, and your continued support. I’m learning, growing, and navigating this crazy world in real time and I’m doing it with my whole heart.
