We’re wrapping up applications for our Operations Manager position soon!

🚨 NOW HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER 🚨

The Attics of Milan is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two retail locations.

This is a full-time leadership position (36–40 hours per week) working directly with the owners to help lead our team, support daily operations, strengthen vendor relationships, and continue the growth of our business.

Responsibilities Include:

✔ Overseeing the daily operations of both store locations
✔ Leading, coaching, and supporting Team Leads and employees
✔ Assisting with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development
✔ Delegating responsibilities and ensuring company standards are met
✔ Coordinating vendor move-ins, move-outs, booth transfers, and vendor relations
✔ Ensuring stores remain clean, organized, well-merchandised, and customer-focused
✔ Resolving customer and vendor concerns professionally and promptly
✔ Planning and managing marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media
✔ Utilizing computers, POS systems, scheduling software, inventory software, and other business technology
✔ Working closely with ownership to improve operations and help grow the business

Qualifications:

• Previous management or leadership experience required (retail management preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to work independently while leading a team
• Professional, dependable, and motivated with a strong work ethic
