Going back a little in Milford, Illinois but do you remember Plummer's Clothing downtown across from the Ben Franklin Store? Remember the women's clothing store The Ding-A-Ling Shop? Fun to see a contemporary women's line of clothing at Sugar Creek Boutique owned by Karen and Audra now open for business! Here, one of their fellow downtown business owners Kelly is wearing one of the 4 blouses acquired after she managed to narrow down from 10 for work today.
