I’m so excited I made pickled beets! 🫜 plan on making red beet eggs 😋
Anyone else harvesting or planting?
Also, I found out that the leaf and stems are packed with nutrients, Stem is a sub for Celery but packed with vitamins and the leafs are treated like spinach’ or kale but even better, so i preserved those as well for soups and stews. 😋

If you have a teenager, you know. 😂 Watching them spend every spare moment making a TikTok that people watch for 3 seconds is comedy gold. The behind-the-scenes footage is way funnier than the actual video. 🤣
