👀HEY 302 FAMILY… WE'VE BEEN KEEPING A BIG SECRET!!!🤫

And trust us when we say… THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT! 💙

We've been working behind the scenes on something that means more to our family than we could ever put into words.

Something personal. Something meaningful. Something FUN. And something we believe our community deserves!❤️

We've poured so much love, passion, and heart into bringing this idea to life, and we're FINALLY ready to start sharing it with y'all!

But here's the thing…

🚫 This isn't just another shirt.
🚫 This isn't just another collection.
🚫 And this definitely isn't just another brand.

It's something that represents WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE BELIEVE IN, and a community that holds a very special place in our hearts. 🫶

And in just FOUR DAYS, you'll finally get to see what we've been working on!

🗓️ FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23
⏰ 7:00 PM

Now here's where the FUN begins…

👇WHAT DO Y'ALL THINK WE'VE BEEN WORKING ON?!

Drop your guesses below! Serious guesses, funny guesses, completely off-the-wall guesses… WE WANT TO HEAR THEM ALL! 😂

And SHARE this post so your friends can join in on the mystery!

4 DAYS. ONE BIG SECRET. A WHOLE LOT OF HEART. 💙

• Beautiful Monday Motivation •

Belief gets you started. Your daily habits give that belief something to stand on.

Yesterday, at the Tanger Outlets event, I found myself having this same conversation with several fellow business owners. Different businesses, different journeys, but a common understanding: success isn’t built on belief alone. It’s built on the work you put in every single day.

Building 302 Delaware Local Wear has taught me that lesson over and over throughout the past 11 years. Progress comes from showing up, listening to feedback, refining the details, and following through—even when the results take time to show.

You don’t need to have every answer to take the next step. You need the willingness to learn, the discipline to keep going, and the belief that what you’re building is worth the effort.

Believe in what you’re building. Stay committed to the process. Do the work that moves you forward.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep swimming. 🌊
