As many of us gather today for those long-awaited meals that have been prepared, allow this to be a time of gratitude. Recall all the ways in which you are blessed...the big and the small, as we should take nothing for granted. Know that there is someone somewhere who WISHES they were where you are right now...so give thanks! Also, let us keep close to our hearts those who are grieving and may be experiencing a first without their loved ones this season. It's not easy. Pray that God would comfort them and grant them peace on today. We have SO much to be thankful for, no matter what it looks like. Remember that.
