History:
The hat in this photo is NOT Laungnamtha, it is Sev Nplooj Oudomxay. Hmoob LuangNamtha outfits are patterned paj ntaub and wear blue pants. Overtime, Hmong people started wearing blue pants with their traditional clothings, such as Sev Nplooj Laungparabang, Sev Nplooj Sayaboury, and Hmoob Xeev. Traditionally, a person's hat identified the province they came from.
