Recent moments from The Great Riverwest Rummage Sale the other week 🌞🌻✨ One of our favorite community events of the year-- it's a reminder that summer has arrived and that our whole neighborhood has finally emerged from a long cold Wisconsin winter 🌻

The next time you visit The Polish Flat, things are going to look a lot different out front!🎨

We've spent the last month testing out new paint colors to create a storefront that feels more like us-- and about a million paint samples 😂, a bunch of hours sanding, priming, and painting later, we finally decided on a color palette that makes the flat feel even more special to us ❤️🏡

Come visit us this Saturday 6/13 from 10-2pm to see the flat in all its new colorful glory, check out our new plants and fairy garden, and take a peek at our new message board. We've got lots of new vintage finds waiting for you, bakery, good company and so much more!

Special thanks to Helena, Aurelia and Lizzie for helping us take on this big painting project!! ❤️ oh and to blifferts hardware down the street for helping us mix so many different paint colors these last few weeks 😂

One of the perks of running The Polish Flat on Fratney street is having the biannual Riverwest Rummage Sale just a stone's throw away!

Last Saturday was a blast-- we love our neighborhood! Carting a full shop's worth of trinkets down the street is worth it every time to be able to participate in the community celebration that really is the riverwest rummage sale. It's the best way to start off the summer in Milwaukee-- we love seeing familiar faces and Riverwest characters every time we're there. We love Riverwest 🌻

Thanks to Art Bar for always running such a fantastic market. We'll see you in the fall for the next Riverwest Rummage!

These are just some of the whimsical 90's-Y2K pieces we're bringing to the Riverwest Rummage Sale this Saturday 5/30-- our neighborhood's annual outdoor rummage sale has over 225+ flea market vendors set to share their wares over 4 whole city blocks!

A personal fave for me is the "rave city" label on this 90's tank top-- I can totally picture someone from 1997 dancing in this 😭✨

Find The Polish Flat booth halfway down the 3000 block of Fratney, just a half block away from our brick & mortar shop in Riverwest. We'll have a a collection of summertime clothing, knick knacks, practical housewares, jewelry and more! See you there! 🌸
