Ok I'm needing input. How do we feel about the black detailing? It's in the grooves on the "drawer" area, down the side, and in the grooves on the front between the speakers. Messy? Modernity awesome? The distressing would not be any heavier than what you do on that right front area. Plus there will be no aging wax added.

I'm so sorry I've been absent from social media for so long! This transition has taken me a little longer than anticipated to get my studio/workroom in order. I did however make time today to create a pretty jewelry organizer for my girl's bathroom. The wood and metal embellishments are all salvage from Hurricane Ike in Galveston.

Well my sweet friends, as I bring in the new year I begin my new journey. It's such a bittersweet feeling knowing that I no longer have my shop. Oh I will still be in the back painting and creating but selling fabulous finds will be in someone else's hands. Her name is Rhonda and I just adore her. Be sure and come see her at Nestfeathers and welcome her to our sweet little creative community.
