Granbury's Lillian Maas is headed to the AAU Junior Olympics this August after qualifying in both the shot put and discus

Lillian, a sophomore and member of the Granbury Lady Pirates varsity track team, has earned the opportunity to compete against some of the nation's best young throwers on one of track and field's biggest stages.

Her qualification is another milestone in what is shaping up to be a bright future in the throwing events.

Congratulations, Lillian!
