More inclusive. Same message.

Our No Tolerance design just got an update that now includes the Disability Pride flag as part of the design.

While the look has evolved, the message hasn’t changed:

No tolerance for hate. No tolerance for discrimination. No tolerance for exclusion.

Everyone deserves to belong, be respected, and feel safe being exactly who they are.

The updated No Tolerance Collection is available now in the shop. šŸ’›

We’ve learned so much about mental health, neurodiversity, and relationships over the last few years—and that’s a beautiful thing. šŸ’›

But sometimes, the language that was created to help us understand ourselves and each other can end up being used as a weapon instead of a bridge toward connection.

Addy shares some thoughts on how newer mental health terminology is showing up in conversations and why it’s worth reflecting on how we use these words.

This isn’t about saying these terms aren’t real or important. It’s about asking: Are we using them to create understanding…or to shut people down?

We’d genuinely love to hear your perspective. Have you noticed this too? Let’s have a respectful conversation in the comments. ā¬‡ļø

Stay tuned for Part 2, where Addy shares some specific examples and dives deeper into the conversation.

Thinking about buying ā€œIf You Can’t Handle My EXECUTIVE DYSFUNCTION Then You Don’t Deserve My HYPERFOCUSā€ Unisex Short Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt? Read the latest review by Caprice S.

Caprice S.: This is easily the softest shirt I’ve ever owned, but the biggest surprise was the fit. As someone who usually struggles to find shirts that are long enough for my torso, this one fits exactly the way I want it to. The length is perfect — no worrying about it riding up when I lift my...

You Bee You. šŸ

One of our classic designs now shines in the colors of the Disability Pride flag—a reminder that disability is a part of identity, not something to hide.

At The BirdHive, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and comfortable being exactly who they are.

This design is available now at birdhivedesigns.com.

The world needs more spaces that say: You belong here. And you get to Bee You.

The conversation continues. šŸ’›

Late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults often spend years learning to minimize their needs. So when we finally start asking for accommodations, it can feel confusing—for us and for the people around us.

Addy talks about the difference between asking and demanding accommodations, plus the idea of ā€œprincess autismā€.

As always, this is one perspective meant to spark discussion, not speak for every autistic experience. We’d love to hear your thoughts respectfully below. 🫶

Welcome to Notabee’s Trading Post!

Back in 2023, Addy started Notabee’s Trading Post with a simple basket filled with little treasures like erasers, fidgets, buttons, and tiny plastic dinosaurs. šŸ¦–

The idea was simple: bring a trinket, leave with a trinket.

Fast forward to today… and look what our incredible community has created together. šŸ’›

Every show, people trade all kinds of fun little treasures—stickers, bookmarks, beads, gems, 3D printed gadgets, mini figures, handmade items, and so much more. The coolest part? Not a single one of Addy’s original trinkets is still in the basket. Everything you see now has been traded in by our amazing community over the past few years.

Addy gives a tour of what’s currently in the Trading Post and shares a few things that don’t belong in the basket (so we can keep it fun, and safe for everyone!).

You’ll find Notabee’s Trading Post next at:
ā–«ļøChaska River City Days — next week!
ā–«ļøGamehole Con (Wisconsin) — October

If you’re visiting, we’d love for you to bring a small trinket to trade!

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever traded in a trinket exchange? Tell us below! šŸ‘‡

POV: You got in the car with a neurodivergent driver. šŸ˜‚

Driving can feel like sensory overload—every sound, light, and movement hitting all at once.

There’s constant scanning—mirrors, signs, pedestrians, other cars—while trying to filter out everything else that’s just as loud and demanding.
It’s not just driving—it’s managing a flood of input while trying to stay focused and safe at the same time.

If driving ever feels overwhelming like this… you’re definitely not alone.

Tell us something that makes driving feel intense for you.
