❤️☺️👊🤘✌️ Thank you, kind friends and supporters of this business! It was a great weekend and I’m excited to stage and scan the store again for you to check out next weekend, Sat-Sun 9-6. Weekends through August 27th when we switch to fall hours.

The upcoming week has a lot happening and I’m looking forward to showing you what’s coming!

Phase One DONE. Read whole post 🙏

Please come, view the space, find things here of value, and tell me what to look for or you miss. There is a MOUNTAIN of smalls coming soon from a end of career handoff from one antiques couple to us (500 totes), an art event late August not to be missed, an autograph collection in limited preview now which includes a lot of signed records, and a whole new layout for the building maximizing our joy/opportunities and hope you find it welcoming and enjoyable.

The summer refresh 2026 project continues but here is a notable milestone.
1) All items that were in inventory May 1 or earlier is in the Showroom (big room with the mirror ball)
2) All in the front gallery is new to here since then
3) All drawers and closets and cabinets and spaces big and small have all been sorted and anything we can’t use or wasn’t doing us any good is now purged and almost all but a few things were sold, re-homed, gifted, recycled, or reused. Only two garbage bins and a couple hazmat items were not diverted from the waste stream. 🌈🌎👊
4) Massive debt reduction and overall top to bottom look at every expense to make sure we are operating at peak efficiency and when we do spend, we spend it on the right place with small businesses and other proprietors that we can. And we mostly do.
5) Take a vacation (ok this last one didn’t happen, but lots of other progress 😂)

I share because we are not just a brand or a scaling business coming to a pad site near you. I’m a human, Brian Wilcox, doing all I can every day to make good on promises made historically and locally of what we as a company are and how we do things. I feel we mostly get it right, but sometimes and it’s been almost 15 years…you mess up. If you’ve felt that way, I’m sincerely sorry you did and I believe making amends is changing behaviors.

As you know it’s been a 💩year…but looking forward with all the wonderful patrons and friends of this place we all built together one item and a time…I can’t help but find hope again. And for that my family thanks you.

After a bit of fun, it’s time to unload the most packed truck of 400+ bins of smalls coming in soon. I have not looked in the boxes and am 100% trusting the collector and their family for this to be pretty unique and cool. More on all this soon. Open Sat/Sun 9-6.
