Tequila Sunrise.
Powderhorn24 was a 24 hour community bike ride. 7pm-7pm. You could ride solo or up to a team of 6.
At sunrise I would bring out a flask of tequila & yell TEQUILA SUNRISE! (I would also sneak bars of chocolate into y’all’s tents as a chocolate fairy)
It was silly & I miss that ride.

will reunite us again.
July 11th. Black out that date & ride with us again!

I’m thinking of the seeds and the buds & the bulbs & the youths & the hearts & the eyes taking in, like literally absorbing it & processing, digesting, stewing & brewing on what is happening. What we’ve witnessed. What has shaken us.
What we’re living through and in and all around.
I’m thinking of how this is transforming the great webbing of neighbors, of community & of our multiverse.
I’m thinking about how we’re going to grow & how we’re going to care.

All I know is we got us.
We keep us safe.

Potlucks.
Street Art.
Balls in the street instead of cars.
BBQ’s & jumpy castles!
Community in the streets.
