❤️ Root Chakra, Saturday & Valentine’s Day ❤️
Today carries a meaningful alignment.
In many chakra traditions, Saturday is associated with the Root Chakra (Muladhara) the energy center connected to stability, survival, and our sense of belonging in the world.
Its color is red.
Why red?
Because it represents the most physical expressions of life:
blood, the earth beneath us, warmth, and life force energy.
The Root Chakra teaches us:
before love can be shared… it must feel safe to exist.
And that’s what makes this connection with Valentine’s Day so interesting.
Love is often seen as romantic or emotional, but its first layer is actually grounding, trust, safety, and security.
When the root is balanced, we don’t search for love from emptiness.
We give and receive it from stability.
So today, wearing red or grounding yourself isn’t just symbolic it reflects the foundation of love itself.
