Chicken & Fajitas Peppers

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast, sliced into strips
- Orange and red bell peppers, sliced
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Seasonings of your choice
- A little oil

Preparation:
- Slice the chicken and bell peppers into strips.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and your favorite spices.
- Heat a skillet with a little oil and sear the chicken until golden brown.
- Add the bell peppers and sauté over high heat.
- Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the peppers are tender but still slightly crisp.

🍽️ Serve hot and enjoy!

🌶️ Red Bell Pepper Heat

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
2 tomatoes
¼ white onion
1 jalapeño
1 serrano pepper
Salt to taste
Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions
Roast the veggies.
Char the red bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and serrano over a hot skillet, griddle or comal until nicely roasted and slightly blackened.
Start with the pepper.
Add the roasted red bell pepper to a molcajete and grind until it becomes a chunky paste.
Add the rest.
Add the roasted tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and serrano. Crush and mix everything together until you reach your favorite salsa texture.
Season & serve.
Add salt to taste, give it one final mix, and serve fresh with tortilla chips.
