š¢ IMPORTANT EMBROIDERY ORDER UPDATE
Dear Parents & Families,
We want to provide a quick update regarding school uniform embroidery orders and current turnaround times.
First, we sincerely appreciate your patience and the tremendous amount of support we have received. We are currently experiencing a very high volume of embroidery orders, including many individual drop-offs containing 15 or more garments at a time.
We understand that some families may have been told by the school office that embroidery would be completed within one week. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Our normal estimated turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks or longer, depending on our current order volume and the number of garments received.
We are working daily to complete orders as quickly as possible while still making sure every garment is embroidered correctly and meets our quality standards. Due to the increased demand, we have even added an additional embroidery machine to help us keep up with the volume.
We have made a conscious effort to keep our embroidery pricing affordable for school families, especially with the rising cost of everyday expenses. Because of this, simply adding additional machines and equipment every time volume increases is unfortunately not something we can do without significantly increasing our pricesāand we do not want to pass those additional costs on to families.
ā¤ļø A small request that would help us tremendously:
Please allow us the full turnaround period before contacting us for an order status or ETA. We are receiving a large number of calls and messages regarding orders that have only recently been dropped off. Responding to each individual status request takes time away from production.
You do not need to contact us to find out when your order is ready. We will contact you as soon as your embroidery is completed and ready for pickup.
Patch Update
Effective immediately, we will no longer be offering the patch option for school uniforms. We have found that the patches are not performing as consistently as we expect. To ensure better quality and durability, all school logos will now be embroidered directly onto the garments.
We truly appreciate your business, patience, and understanding while we work through this busy school-season rush. We know families are eager to receive their uniforms, and please know that we are working every day to get your orders completed as quickly as possible.
