When we first opened Coco + Honey, we thought it had to be a certain way. A certain vibe, certain music… just what we thought people would like.
But one day me and my sister were like, you know what… let’s just do what we actually love.
So we turned on worship music (literally Maverick City Music playing in the store) and everything shifted.
I’m not even exaggerating… it felt different immediately.
People started flowing in.
The conversations became deeper… and so many people kept saying how much they loved the music. Everything just felt… aligned.
And the truth is….God has ALWAYS been at the center for us. Without him, there is no COCO + HONEY but that moment just confirmed something for us…
There are so many people who are like-minded.
People who love God.
People who want to feel that kind of energy when they walk into a space.
And we realized… this is our moment to extend that.
So when you see “God + Love” on a shirt… just know it’s not random.
It’s intentional. It’s us.
