Hey y’all,
Since we’ve grown a bit, I wanted to jump on here and introduce myself once again. I will add a short, little history lesson on where I came from and what I’m doing now as well.
My name is Kelli, and I was born and raised in Nocona, TX. In my first few years after graduating from Bowie, TX, I wore many hats, some of which were at the same time, including: Fitness trainer, Esthetician, Makeup Artist, Lash Tech, and Nutrition Coach. I loved it all, and I loved my client relationships. I was incredibly blessed. Life stuff happened, and I was presented with the opportunity to become a flight attendant. It was my first chance away from the small-town life, and I took it. I wanted away from it. A few years in to flying, the pandemic happened. I was already working alongside my husband (not married then. Crazy, I know), Tyler with his business too. It didn’t take me long to figure out that the small-town life wasn’t crazy. I kept my training cert. for coaching and tried to find a home gym in MT while I was helping him. I had the pleasure of teaching some precious kiddos how to swim during that time and I LOVED it. What a rewarding experience. We then started traveling the country and it was impossible to have roots somewhere. Most of our time in MT, but also plenty in TX and PA. It’s been exciting, stressful, heartbreaking, adventurous, and overwhelming. Trying to find the place to call home has been a job in itself. MT finally claimed us this last year, and we are settling in for good. We love it here, and we have found soo many wonderful people that we love as well. It truly helps me to have “extended family” when you don’t have your relatives close by.
Current situation: We’ve talked a lot about it, and I am ready to have my career back in the flight industry now that we are settling into one area. It will also help us to have the ability to travel again when needed. Dusty Denim will continue to steadily, grow and give me the opportunity to showcase my western style. It’s been a huge blessing to travel to shows and hear the feedback about our inventory, marketing, photography, etc…-> more in comments section
