✨10 YEARS OF SWEET TEXAS TREASURES✨

On this day 10 years ago, a 29-year-old Morgan opened the doors to Sweet Texas Treasures Boutique’s very first brick-and-mortar store. 💖

Before those doors opened, we had already built a little brand of big dreams — growing into 11 boutiques from Texas all the way to Long Beach, CA, along with an Etsy shop. But that day 10 years ago changed everything. 🥹

10 years. So many treasures. So many friendships. So many chapters. And somehow, we’re still here — still creating, still dreaming, and still so incredibly grateful for our girl gang. 💕

A little note about Dolly 💕🎀

We’ve had quite a few requests lately asking if we’ll be bringing in more Dolly Parton treasures, and we want to explain why you won’t see us stocking up on Dolly items right now.

We don’t believe in maximizing on someone’s death simply because they’re suddenly trending. ❤️

Yes, we have some Dolly pieces we’ve always carried — including our upcycled Dolly treasures and can holders — and those will remain part of our collection. And if you’ve shopped with us before, you already know we’ve ALWAYS had a Dolly treasure or two in the store for those of you who come looking for her. 🦋

But for now, we’re choosing not to buy additional Dolly merchandise just to capitalize on the moment.

We’d rather pause, reflect on her life, her legacy, her music, her kindness, and everything she gave the world — and honor her in a way that feels genuine to us. [see the pics of throwback Dolly treasures💖]

We know there will be a huge demand for Dolly treasures right now, and we completely understand why. We just want to stay true to who we are and how we choose to do business. 🤍

So yes… Dolly will still have a little corner of Sweet Texas Treasures. She always has. And she always will. ✨
