Sunset Walkers 6PM ~40 min walk

Sunset Trainers 6PM ~30-60 min Walk/Run Building into steady run

Sunset Chasers 6:30PM ~45-70 min steady Run ~9-9:30/mile avg but with varying attendance, pace will vary.

Wednesdays:
Early Birds 5AM, 5 miles, ~9-9:30/mile avg
