The Lagree Shakes! Let's talk about it!

We move slow intentionally in Lagree. The concept is time under tension. The slower you go, the harder your muscles have to work. Your slow twitch muscle fibers recruit and activate more working at max capacity building muscle mass, toning without bulking. When it gets spicy, don't stop, keep going, allow the shakes to come in. This is when the real results come in.

Next time you're in class, challenge yourself to stay in it and allow the shakes to come in!
