AMBER ALERT: Police are searching for 6-year-old Kiara Hsieh, last seen in the 12300 block of 2nd Street in Dickinson around 6:39 p.m. Friday. DPS says she may be with James Ramirez, 36, possibly in a brown 2012 Ford Explorer (TX plate SVM5598). Call 911 if you see them.
