I want to share a great story from this week… video is of a few fresh estate rings that are just going out today! (And my own rings too).

A few days ago a woman came in, saying she found a little bag with jewelry in it on the street. It looked like some of it had been run over, but a couple vintage rings were still ok. When no one came searching that day we brought it to the police station… and then yesterday a sad-but-hopeful looking woman came in asking if we had by any chance found this bag. When we said it had been brought in by a kind stranger, she was overwhelmed with emotion, telling us what the heirloom pieces meant to her. Hugs were given and received, and after she picked them up from the station she came back to express her gratitude and asked us to fix what could be fixed of the squashed jewelry. This story could have had so many endings, but playing a part in reuniting someone with their beloved family jewelry is definitely the best!!! Let’s keep spreading kindness around in our circles, and to strangers.

I know I’m moving slowly with my custom work these days- if you’re waiting on me, thank you for your patience! I’m starting to catch up after the steep learning curve of opening my store, and plan to at least start all my backlogged projects in the next few weeks. I look forward to bringing all those ideas to life for you, and being able to take new commissions again later this summer.
This is what I love- making custom sculptural jewelry that makes your dreams come true! I’m so glad I’m finally able to make it a priority again!!!

Mother’s Day is in one week! I’m of the firm belief that time spent or gifts made are always the best… but I would be remiss in not making a Mother’s Day post of some great gifts in every price range.
