If you're looking to update your outdated stair railing/spindles with some color, we recommend using Plaster Paint One Step Paint. It's easy to use, and there's no need to seal afterward since the sealant is already in the paint! To achieve the look you want, you'll need Plaster Paint Co. One Step Paint in True Black and Pure White.
