A doula is a trained professional who supports you during pregnancy, labor, and sometimes after your baby is born.

👩‍⚕️💕 Doulas takes care of you emotionally, physically, and helps you feel informed and supported.

How do you choose a doula?

Finding the right doula takes homework. You want someone you genuinely feel comfortable with.

Here are some questions to ask:

-Respected
