Call for Artists: The 24th West Virginia Juried Exhibition West Virginia is home to some of the most talented crafters, makers, and contemporary artists in the country. Now, it’s time to show off that talent! The West Virginia Department of Tourism, in partnership with the West Virginia Commission on the Arts, is excited to announce that submissions are officially open for the 24th West Virginia Juried Exhibition. Held at the Culture Center on the State Capitol Complex in Charleston, this biennial tradition has been celebrating our state's incredible creative spirit since 1979. Local artists lined the sidewalks of downtown Morgantown on Saturday for the monthly Second Saturday Art Market at Hoot and Howl, giving residents a chance to browse handmade prints and support the area’s creative community.
